Descripción del trabajo - Account Manager

We are recruiting an Account Manager to join a high-performing sales team focused on Cloud solutions. This is a closing-oriented role, ideal for someone with a solid track record in tech sales who thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments.

About the Role

As the key closer on the project, you will be responsible for finalizing deals and nurturing client accounts through the critical onboarding phase. You will work at the intersection of sales, technology, and client success — building lasting relationships while driving measurable business growth.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Securing new customer wins for Cloud solutions
  • Maximizing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with Sales Agents, Solution Specialists, client sales teams and channel partners
  • Actively monitoring pipeline, collecting feedback and supporting close plan execution
  • Collaborating with Territory Channel Managers on pipeline development and partner introductions
  • Curating and connecting customers with best-in-breed solutions to drive acquisition, consumption and usage in assigned territory
  • Surfacing customer wins and partner capacity needs to the Partner Management team
  • Controlling key performance indicators and pipeline run rates
  • Establishing a clear foundation for how technology and services can meet customer and partner needs

What We Are Looking For

  • Native or proficient in Norwegian, with fluency in English — both mandatory
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in technology-related sales or business development — mandatory; experience outside the tech industry will not be considered
  • Demonstrated experience within a partner ecosystem and technical sales environment
  • Broad knowledge of end-user scenarios and technical architecture for productivity and communications solutions
  • Understanding of identity, authentication, security, privacy and compliance in cloud and hybrid environments
  • Familiarity with cloud deployment, adoption planning and cloud-based collaboration and communications solutions
  • Fundamentals certification in a relevant technology
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably with a major or minor in computer science, mathematics or engineering
  • Proven track record of outstanding performance and consistently achieving targets
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

What Is on Offer

  • Hybrid work model based in Benalmadena, Spain
  • Full-time contract: Monday to Thursday 09:00–17:30, Friday 09:00–16:30
  • Attractive compensation package: 35,000€ gross/year + up to 5,000€ in annual bonuses + Private Medical Insurance
