The Account Manager is responsible for growing Videojet’s business in one of the team’s highest-potential sales territories, covering Zaragoza, Navarra and Pamplona. You will manage an established portfolio of active customers, mainly in the food and beverage sector (canned and frozen vegetables, beverages, eggs and packaged goods), as well as automotive and general industry, and win new customers with the support of our Business Development, Marketing and Demand Generation teams. The role will be based in Zaragoza, Navarra or surrounding areas.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

• Managing and growing your portfolio of active customers, building relationships at all levels, up to and including senior management.
• Winning new customers, working both your own opportunities and those generated by our Business Development, Marketing (trade shows and events) and Demand Generation teams.
• Selling the full range of Videojet solutions: continuous inkjet (CIJ), high-resolution case printing, labeling systems, Thermal Inkjet and laser, as well as service agreements and finance solutions.
• Running equipment demonstrations at customer sites and taking part in regional and national trade shows.
• Managing your sales activity, forecast and key projects through KPIs and our CRM (Salesforce), with weekly and monthly reviews.
• Traveling across the territory by car, with the freedom to plan your own routes and schedule.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial B2B sales (e.g. machinery, consumables, packaging, labels, automation, components or industrial equipment)
• English level sufficient to hold professional conversations
• Experience managing a customer portfolio and your own sales territory
• Willingness to travel across the territory
• Valid Spanish driving license (B)

El/la Account Manager será responsable de hacer crecer el negocio de Videojet en una de las zonas con mayor potencial de ventas del equipo, que abarca Zaragoza, Navarra y Pamplona. Gestionarás una cartera consolidada de clientes activos, principalmente del sector de alimentación y bebidas (conservas, congelados, bebidas, huevos y producto envasado), además de automoción e industria en general, y captarás nuevos clientes con el apoyo de nuestros equipos de Business Development, Marketing y Demand Generation. El puesto tendrá base en Zaragoza, Navarra o zonas aledañas.

En este puesto, tu día a día incluirá:

• Gestionar y hacer crecer tu cartera de clientes activos, construyendo relaciones a todos los niveles, incluida la alta dirección.
• Captar nuevos clientes, trabajando oportunidades propias y las generadas por los equipos de Business Development, Marketing (ferias y eventos) y Demand Generation.
• Vender la gama completa de soluciones Videojet: inkjet continuo de pequeño carácter (CIJ), impresión de alta resolución en cajas, sistemas de etiquetado, Thermal Inkjet y láser, así como contratos de servicio y soluciones de financiación.
• Realizar demostraciones de equipos en las instalaciones del cliente y participar en ferias regionales y nacionales.
• Gestionar tu actividad comercial, forecast y proyectos clave a través de KPIs y de nuestro CRM (Salesforce), con seguimiento semanal y mensual.
• Viajar por la zona en coche, con libertad para planificar tus rutas y tu agenda.

Requisitos imprescindibles:

• Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en venta B2B industrial (por ejemplo, maquinaria, consumibles, packaging, etiquetas, automatización, componentes o equipos industriales)
• Nivel de inglés que te permita mantener conversaciones profesionales
• Experiencia gestionando una cartera de clientes y un territorio propio
• Disponibilidad para viajar por la zona asignada
• Carnet de conducir B en vigor
