Account Manager - Open Channel (Gestor/a de Cuentas - Canal Abierto)

Role Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Account Manager to develop and manage relationships with assigned accounts within our open channel in Spain. You'll work with established retailers and emerging e-commerce players, contributing directly to our ambitious growth targets. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent digital skills and a passion for technology.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Develop and implement effective business plans for multiple open channel accounts, targeting substantial annual growth

·       Build authentic relationships with key contacts at retailers and e-commerce platforms

·       Drive sales growth through proactive engagement, achieving monthly targets through effective product mix optimization

·       Master our smartphone portfolio including flagship, mid-range, and entry-level devices, plus accessories and IoT ecosystem

·       Utilize CRM tools and analytics to track performance, identify opportunities, and deliver accurate forecasts

·       Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns with strong return on investment

·       Stay ahead of Spanish market trends including 5G adoption, sustainability preferences, and competitive movements

Requirements

·       3-5+ years in account management or sales, ideally within consumer electronics/smartphones in Spain

·       Native Spanish speaker; English and Catalan are a plus

·       Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and achieve sales targets consistently

·       Proficiency in MS Office

·       Knowledge of smartphone technology trends and ecosystem products
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Spain
