 Account-Based Marketing
Specialist (m/f/d) 

based in Valenica

Your responsibilities

  • Together with the Marketing Director, define the ABM/X multichannel strategy, being responsible for meeting the opportunity and revenue targets for each market.
  • Lead the design and development of end-to-end full-funnel ABM/ABX programs.
  • Plan, manage, and improve multi-channel ABM and paid media campaigns. Optimize campaign funnel conversion rates and acquisition/activation costs.
  • Shape the go-to-market strategy in collaboration with other key members of the marketing team.
  • Ensure alignment with sales on priorities, and identifie, build, and maintain the target accounts according to company’ priorities.
  • Define and help to execute the playbook for the SDR team, establishing a common process, and the best practices for the specific case of Cabka.
  • Collaborate with peers to align ABM campaigns with other ongoing online/offline initiatives.
  • Measure and report on campaign performance and ensurse demand generation and sales goals are met.
  • Manage the agencies/partners involved in activation of digital channels.

Your profile

  • Experience in leading B2B, demand generation and acquisition programs for technical audiences and complex sales.
  • Experience in the definition and execution of ABM Programs ABM strategy
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Experience in leading, mentoring, and coaching the SDRs.
  • Expertise in analyzing data to evaluate campaign effectiveness and refining strategies for optimal results
  • Proven expertise in developing a repeatable marketing and sales funnel to achieve revenue goals through enhanced collaboration.
  • Craft personalized content addressing target accounts, pain points and needs.
  • Proficient in implementing and utilizing marketing technology and automation tool to scale efficient processes, enabling your team to engage prospects at scale while maintaining a personalized touch
  • Strong skills in paid socialmedia campaigns as well as Hubspot CRM Sales, Marketing Hub and ABM platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills in English. Further languages are welcome.
