Your Responsibilities:
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for:
General incoming bookkeeping procedures
General treasury functions (suppliers’ payment, bank conciliations, payroll, etc)
Income Statement and Balance Sheet controlling for the applicable region
Other financial related duties
Comply with the Group´s policy related to Purchases (PO Approval process)
Maintaining accurate records regarding payments to suppliers and accruals
Booking the received invoices into Netsuite according to Group´s policies
Keeping accurate records and prepare appropriate reporting
Cash management and cash reporting
Booking the fixed assets purchased and prepare the amortization plans
What We're Looking For:
Experience: 2 years of experience in accounting department (ideally international company)
Languages: English (mandatory, the interview will be conducted in English), German (mandatory) and Spanish (nice to have)
Communication: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Technical Skills:
Knowledge of Swiss tax system
Experience in Oracle NetSuite ERP (nice-to-have)
Data-driven
Microsoft Excel advanced level (pivot tables, conditionals, vlookup, etc…)
Knowledge in management of databases
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to collaborate in a diverse and dynamic environment.
