Accounts receivable Agent & Loss Mitigation Manager

In Travelgate we are looking for an Accounts receivable Agent & Loss Mitigation Manager to
join our company in Palma de Mallorca.

What you will do:

- Manage and resolve conflicts and client disputes: collaborate closely
with both customers and internal teams to effectively identify the root
causes of a dispute and implement strategies to address them.
- Document and report on the outcomes of mediation sessions.
- Communicate directly and manage the documentation with the
insurance company and follow up on the case file.
- Collect and allocate payments. Perform account reconciliations and
resolve payment discrepancies.
- Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed
payments, and other irregularities.
- Investigate and resolve customer queries.
- Adhere to established procedures for processing receipts.

Requirements

- Basic Accounting knowledge.
- Previous experience in admin or finance
- Demonstrated experience in mediation or dispute resolution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and negotiation with a keen
eye for detail
- Proficient in both English and Spanish
- Knowledge in the “Travel connectivity industry” is a plus.
- Advanced excel user.
- Odoo experience is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organized and methodical approach to work
