Who we are?
The Finance Team is the main responsible for managing the preparation of balance sheets, financial statements, cash-flow reports, day-to-day record keeping and reporting, including all payroll, accounts payable, and receivable.

We are currently looking for a self-motivated, well-organized Accounts Receivable Specialist who can guide Exoticca in its fast-growing project through data, analysis, modeling, forecasting, identifying and proposing optimization and improvement actions to have efficiency growth.


What will you do?

• Accurately allocate and reconcile all incoming payments received via bank transfer.
• Verify payment details such as amounts, dates, and reference numbers against bank statements, and handle any discrepancies or issues related to payment allocations and communicate with relevant departments to resolve them.
• Monitor the proper and timely issuance of invoices and credit notes to customers.
• Investigation and resolution of billing discrepancies and/or inconsistencies.
• Ensure that billing practices comply with governmental rules and regulations.
• Reconciliation of collections from customers.
• Ensure proper posting of invoices and credit notes and monthly reconciliation of outstanding debt with clients.
• Direct contact with sales and service team members.
• Assist with the month-end close process by providing relevant journal
• entries, reviewing, and investigating anomalies

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar field.
• Advanced user of MS-Office (Master in Excel).
• Fluent in Spanish and good level of English (minimum B2).
• At least 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable roles.
• Notions of Plan General de Contabilidad Español (PGC) are mandatory, and high knowledge is a big plus.
• Critical, analytical and methodical approach
