Descripción del trabajo - After Sales Manager (m/f/d)

The team Business Development Parts & Services is part of the Service Product Management of the Nordex Group. We steer the development of the transactional After Sales business, manage the product portfolio and support the regions in growing their After Sales revenues. Become part of a highly motivated and talented team and ensure attractive product offerings for our customers, from global utilities to local communities.

YOUR TASKS

  • Act as single point of contact for After Sales requests for assigned customer accounts and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Define After Sales account development plans and set targets for selected customer accounts in coordination with the country account managers
  • Coordinate sales proposals to maximize customer value incl. conducting price and contract negotiations
  • Identify aftermarket wind turbine sales opportunities and market trends through market research, customer meetings, key industry events, …
  • Develop new product concepts accordingly in close collaboration with our technical departments
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to stay abreast of technical and commercial development
  • Support continuous improvement process for the After Sales Business
  • YOUR PROFILE

    In addition to being a team-player and enjoying working in an international, dynamic environment, you

  • have high affinity for sales and market-related topics,
  • are value-oriented with a customer-centric mindset
  • have a positive and trustful personality
  • have the ability to work independently or cooperatively– depending on task – in a fast-paced environment with sense of personal ownership and ability to “get things done”
  • have successfully completed university or similar with at least 5 years’ experience in service business, sales in a b2b market or product management
  • have well-founded knowledge in after sales, sales, service strategy development, preferably in renewable energies
  • have experience in successfully leading complex projects
  • are able to convincingly communicate with different stakeholders on all management levels
  • are fluent in English, German is a plus
