ThunderSoft, a leading provider of OS technologies, solutions, and services, is looking for After-Sales Analysis Engineer in Madrid, Spain to join our team of experts in the telecommunications industry.

About the Role:

As an After-Sales Analysis Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of Xiaomi products in the local market.

Key Responsibilities:

Preliminarily locate possible problem modules according to user descriptions, and organize retests to provide effective LOGs.
Assist in problem reproduction, and cooperate with R&D to collect the required reproduction LOGs, and collaborate to complete debugging and verification
Disassemble the machine for problem analysis, cross-verify and confirm the faulty module, and assist in after-sales problem analysis.
Visit the after-sales service station, provide relevant technical support, and confirm the fault and order information.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Communication Systems or a related field.
Good level of English or the local language for effective communication
Familiar with local network information & local mobile phone APP and user habits is preferred.
Willing to conduct field testing, and proficient in using ADB QXDM and other debug tools is preferred.
Familiarity with the Android system and fundamental testing methods.
Prior experience in mobile localization testing is highly desirable.
Proficiency in Chinese is advantageous
Having a local driver's license and car is preferred
