We are looking for an AI Product Crafting Engineer who can turn AI capabilities into real product features that drive measurable business impact.

This role sits at the intersection of AI engineering, backend architecture, and product thinking. You will design and build AI-powered capabilities that integrate into real software ecosystems, enabling products to both consume and expose intelligence through APIs, services, and event-driven systems.

What You’ll Do:

Build AI-powered product capabilities

Design and implement AI features such as:

• Intelligent automation workflows
  


• Recommendation and forecasting systems
  


• AI copilots for operational teams
  


• AI-powered APIs and services used by other products
  
  

Your goal is to turn AI into reusable product capabilities, not isolated experiments.

Develop AI products through iterative experimentation

You will apply a build–measure–learn approach to AI development:

• Start with fast experiments or prototypes
  


• Define leading metrics that signal product impact
  


• Validate assumptions quickly
  


• Iterate and evolve the solution
  
  

Evolve architecture from experiment to scalable system

You will progressively evolve the architecture from:

Experiment → Validated capability → Product-grade AI system

This includes designing systems such as:

• AI microservices
  


• API-first AI capabilities
  


• event-driven architectures
  


• AI inference services
  


• data pipelines and AI evaluation systems
