Job Summary

The Product Owner will be at the forefront of this journey, shaping how AI is embedded into Category Reporting and Planning tools such as the Country Category Command Center (4C) to guide smarter, faster decision-making and unlock entirely new capabilities. This role is an opportunity to reimagine how insights are generated and actions are taken, driving a step-change in productivity, agility, and business impact globally. The Product Owner acts as the link between business stakeholders and development teams, translating strategy into execution. The role is accountable for maximizing product value by defining priorities, aligning with customer needs and business goals, and ensuring effective delivery.
Responsibilities
- Own AI / planning / reporting product definition and delivery in partnership with stakeholders
- Ensure business requirements are defined and ready within planning timelines
- Define features and translate them into clear user stories
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog within Agile teams
- Provide clarity to development teams on backlog items and priorities
- Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) sign-off and transition to production
- Maximize product value, impact, and return on investment through prioritization
Education & Experience Recommended
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in sales, category, business process improvement, change management, Artificial Intelligence, Enterprise Operations or a related field
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong business acumen and domain knowledge
- Technical affinity, AI practitioner.
- Ability to map processes and document requirements
- Experience in creating training content and facilitating user adoption
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong collaboration and leadership capabilities
- Ability to work with tools like Figma and Jira
