We are seeking a visionary and technically skilled Senior AI Specialist to drive the evolution of IT Support through innovative AI solutions. Your focus will be on designing and implementing advanced, scalable, productionready solutions that enhance AI capabilities, improve intelligent automation, and strengthen datadriven insights within IT Support. Join us in pushing the boundaries of what AI can achieve in transforming IT Support as part of the team developing the Smart Integrated Assistant (SIA), a key foundation of our digital selfservicefirst strategy. 

RESPONSABILITIES

• Design and implement AI solutions that automate IT support processes and increase enduser selfservice — either by extending our Smart Integrated Assistant (SIA) or by developing new solutions. 


• Build and integrate AI components across the full technology stack, including machine learning services, APIs/interfaces, and frontend applications. 


• Develop, test, and deploy machine learning models using CI/CD pipelines, GitHub, and containerized environments.  


• Collaborate closely with Channel Owners (Product Owners) and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation and integration of solutions 


• Stay up to date with emerging AI frameworks, LLM APIs, orchestration tools, and ITSM automation trends, evaluating and integrating new technologies where appropriate. 


• Contribute to team growth and innovation by mentoring colleagues, sharing best practices, and driving continuous improvement in AIOps and generativeAIbased solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. 


• 3+ years of experience in designing, developing and deploying AI/ML solutions in enterprise IT environments. 


• Expertise in Large Language Models and Agentic AI: Proven experience with LLM APIs, agentic frameworks and voice bot development for intelligent automation and support systems. 


• Programming skills in Python (required), JavaScript or SQL beneficial 


• Solid foundation in core AI concepts: Deep understanding of NLP, deep learning, and predictive analytics, combined with strong analytical reasoning. 


• Excellent analytical skills to troubleshoot complex issues. Ability to analyze IT support data (logs, tickets, user feedback) and glean insights to improve AI solution effectiveness 


• Proactive attitude, and passion for staying current with emerging AI technologies. 

Additional qualifications/requirements 

• Strong teamwork and communication skills, both written and verbal, in English. 


• Experience with IT operations would be beneficial. 


• Ability to work independently, taking ownership of tasks and driving projects forward while knowing when to involve stakeholders for feedback, alignment, or support.
