AIT Engineer – Power Systems (Satellite & Space Industry)

We are is currently recruiting an AIT Engineer (Power Systems) on behalf of a fast-growing international space technology company developing advanced satellite systems. This is a critical role involved in the assembly, integration, and testing of satellite power subsystems.

Role Overview

• Location: Valencia, Spain.

• Work Arrangement: On-site.

• Salary Range: 50,000€ – 70,000€ (depending on the experience).

• Relocation: A relocation package is available for candidates moving to Valencia.

• Citizenship: Preferably EU citizens

Key Responsibilities

• Satellite Integration: Lead the Assembly, Integration, and Testing (AIT) processes for spacecraft.

• Power Systems Expertise: Focus specifically on Electrical Power Systems (EPS) and power subsystems.

• Hardware Validation: Perform hands-on assembly, hardware testing, and system validation within a production or manufacturing environment.

• Technical Documentation: Manage integration and test procedures for complex satellite hardware.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Industry Experience: Mandatory experience in the Space industry, specifically working on satellites or spacecraft systems.

• AIT Background: Minimum of 5 years of experience in AIT, integration, testing, or production.

• Electrical Expertise: Strong professional background in electrical engineering and Power Systems (EPS).

• Hands-on Skills: Proven experience working directly with hardware in a manufacturing or production setting.

• Language: Strong communication skills in English.

Preferred Backgrounds

We are looking for professionals with titles such as:

• AIT / MAIT / MAITE Engineer.
• Electrical Integration Engineer.
• Power Systems Engineer (Space/Satellite).
• Satellite Manufacturing or Production Engineer.
• Experience with PCDU (Power Conditioning and Distribution Unit) is a significant plus.
