JOB SUMMARY

  • Bachelor or Masters Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or relevant degree, certifications, or experience.

  • 4+ years development related development experience with Visual Studio and .Net applications (.Net Framework or .Net Core) for on-premises, hybrid, or Azure production environments.

  • 1+ years’ experience using Azure DevOps or GitHub.

  • 2+ Customer-facing experience collaborating with stakeholders, management, teams, or developers.

  • Proven record in successfully planning, deploying, operating, and optimizing on premises, hybrid, and/or cloud applications.

  • Experience that demonstrates excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

  • Large scale or N-Tier application development Experience.

  • Web application, Web Services/API, or Microservices Development Experience

  • Cloud PAAS, IAAS, IAAS Experience.

  • Application Development Environment and Pipeline Development Experience. TFS, Azure DevOps, GitHub use and experience as well as understanding CI/CD lifecycle.

  • Containerization of applications using Kubernetes or Windows Containers.

  • Working knowledge additional languages such as Python, Angular, or C++ in addition to C#.

  • Production debugging experience.

  • Background in application monitoring of applications using Application Insights or running on IIS.

  • Knowledge and/or experience in resilient application architecture. 

  • Experience building secure and resilient applications.

  • IIS and/or Kestrel

  • Containers and Orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker)

  • Application Monitoring and Telemetry (Azure Monitoring and Application Insights)

  • Applications Languages (Angular, C++, Java, Python)

  • Infrastructure as Code (ARM Templates, Bicep, Terraform)

  • Low or No code Experience. Power platform configuration and development -- Power Platform, Azure Logic Apps, Azure API Management (APIM), and general low code development practices.

  • GitHub Actions Certification

  • GitHub Advanced Security Certification
