Apprentice  Sales Account Coordinator Perfumery

As part of the perfumery team, you will support us in all administrative & sensory tasks. Project Management while ensuring a correct data entering through all the different systems: Atlas, crystal. Sample management from lab and factory to clients and internal teams. Price letters creation and even when requested create the price simulation in the system. In this role, besides the main tasks mentioned, we need this person to be commercial team's right hand, and in contact with the clients, especially when the commercials are travelling. We need support in consumer panel, evaluation facility support. Constant training depending on the needs of the position. 1 year Apprentice contract. You bring Fully developed IT skills, including proficiency in Word; Excel; Powerpoint, Outlook & SAP. A highly organized and flexible approach to work, including the ability to prioritize workload. Multitask ability. Team working skills, but able to work proactively and independent. Flexibility - adapts and works effectively with a variety of situations, individuals or groups. Interpersonal skills: the ability to communicate confidently and clearly, both verbally and in writing in English, Spanish and ideally, French.
