Art Lead

✅ Requirements:

✔️ At least 2 years of experience on similar position.

✔️ Understanding of industry-standard practices, tools, pipelines, workflows, technical budgeting and challenges of real-time development.

✔️ Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to work with different art styles.

✔️ Ability to lead, inspire, grow, and motivate a diverse team of artists.

✔️ Attention to visual details.

✔️ Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team.

✔️ Great artistic portfolio.

✔️ Communication in English.

✅ Responsibilities:

✔️ Leading the art team, providing constructive art feedback, training.

✔️ Helping with creating all necessary art materials for the project from the concept phase until the final product.

✔️ In collaboration with the Art Director evaluate staffing requirements and be involved in the artists' recruitment process.

✔️ Quality control, identifying work process improvements.

✔️ Be a role model for the team, create healthy and positive vibe.
