Asset Manager

At Winning Consulting, we are on the lookout for a Asset Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing strategies to recover unsecured corporate debt.

Your daily work will involve:

• Managing portfolios of non-performing SME loans, with a focus on unsecured debt;

• Analyzing financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, annual accounts) to assess the recovery potential of each case;

• Conducting in-depth solvency analysis of corporate debtors and personal guarantors;

• Leading both amicable and legal recovery processes (including enforcement and payment order proceedings);

• Identifying debtor locations and developing targeted recovery action plans;

• Ensuring timely execution of strategies and meeting recovery targets.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years of experience in corporate debt recovery and financial analysis;

• Solid understanding of legal procedures related to debt collection;

• Experience handling aged debt portfolios or written-off accounts;

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level or higher);

• Strong negotiation and communication skills with active listening abilities;

• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment;

• Minimum educational background: High school diploma or vocational training.
