We are looking for an Assistant MaÃ®tre D’ and a Waiter/Waitress to join our Front of House team at Amelia, our 2 Michelin -starred restaurant in San SebastiÃ¡n – Donostia, for the 2026 season.

We seek hospitality professionals with experience in haute cuisine or Michelin -starred restaurants, elegance in service, attention to detail and a genuine passion for guest experience. Requisitos

For the Assistant MaÃ®tre D’ position, strong leadership and team management skills are essential.

- Excellent English required

- Additional languages highly valued

- Residents of the US or with a visa that allows them to work

Ventajas

- Three days off per week
