Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the daily management of restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and high quality
Support and supervise the front-of-house team, ensuring proper training and performance
Help manage staff scheduling, inventory, and cost controls
Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining service standards and handling feedback professionally
Step in for the Restaurant Manager when needed
Promote a positive working environment and assist in team development
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and health regulations
Requirements:
At least 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant management role in F&B or hospitality
Strong organizational and communication skills
Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
German is a plus
Proactive, reliable, and focused on customer service
Valid work authorization for Spain or the EU
