Are you interested in joining a dynamic and international team of professionals to transform education? IE University's Asset Management and Planning is looking for an Associate Director (Temporary) to join its team!
 

The Associate Director will maximize limited resources to achieve an optimal planning, integrating different interests from: Academic, Area and Program Directors, Publishing, Campus, students and professors.

We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid - IE Tower and María de Molina. Temporary position to cover a maternity leave.
 








Responsibilities






Your role as a Associate Director will involve:
  • Coordinate the course calendar and structure with the Programme Management.
  • Development and implementation of programme guidelines.
  • Support professors´ assignation process together with the Area Directors.
  • Gather professors´preferences and indications.
  • Plan and schedule the IE business programmes.
  • Activities´analysis and solutions implementation for process optimization.
  • Monitoring day-to-day scheduling changes.
  • Oversee the correct course performance.
  • Inform studens about agendas´ adjustments.








Qualifications






To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
  • English adn Spanish proficiency.
  • 3 years’ experience in process/operations´ related positions.
  • Ability to develop, plan, and implement short- and long-range goals.
  • Strong organization skills.
  • Ability to manage resources effectively and establishing priorities.
  • Excellent communications skills.
  • Team player person
  • Hands-on approach
  • Microsoft Office.
