👫            The Team 

We are Landing Strategists to assist Real Estate investment and projects in Spain. We also legally assist any business that may have an impact on real estate assets directly or indirectly: Wills, Inheritances, Donations, Economic Matrimonial Regime, dealings with Notaries and the Land Registry among others.

 ​​​ Accountabilities 

• End-to-end coordination of real estate purchase and sale processes in Spain. 
•  Review and drafting of legal documentation and contract. 
• Conducting legal due diligence for all types of real estate assets. 
• Coordination and assistance with notarial signings. 
• Follow-up on tax payments and registration with the Land Registry. 
• Coordination and monitoring of the mortgage process. 
• Negotiation and mediation with other parties, including real estate agencies and sellers/buyers. 
• Support in other matters related to real estate law, as well as civil and commercial law. 

• A Law degree (with Bar registration) and at 3-4 years of experience in Spanish Real Estate Law. 
• Experienced in notarial coordination, POAs, mortgage processes.
• Deep familiarity with the Madrid legal and real estate market.
• Background in Commercial/Corporate Law is a plus.
• Experience drafting and negotiating real estate sales and acquisition agreements and lease agreements. 
• Property due diligence and review necessary documents.
• Experience with licensing, zoning and registration of real estate property within the city halls and real estate register.
• Fluent in English and Spanish  (C1/C2). Other languages are definitely a plus.
