General Description:

BeOne is on a mission to improve the lives of as many patients as possible worldwide. Reporting to the Director Corporate Affairs & Communications Iberia, the incumbent will help support day-to-day corporate affairs and communications activities. They will assist in the implementation of communication and patient advocacy initiatives, help coordinate campaigns, and contribute to engaging both internal and external audiences in line with business priorities The role requires at least 3 years of experience with branded and unbranded communications, responsible communication practices, including media relations, digital communication and patient engagement and advocacy, to support the company's long-term goals.

Essential Functions of the job:

  • Implement communication strategies aligned to corporate and brand strategies within agreed-upon budgets and timelines
  • Support product and pipeline communications in close collaboration with the medical and marketing team.
  • Collaborate with communications/PR partners to develop and update various communication materials such as corporate resources, media materials, presentations, etc.
  • Create compelling content by working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to support global social media and digital strategies
  • Support corporate reputation work by engaging in executive visibility planning, including speaking and media opportunities
  • Provide support for the growing internal communications strategies in collaboration with HR
  • Analyze and assess the effectiveness of communication strategies using appropriate key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in communications, PR setting or related context.
  • Proven track record in executing successful communication initiatives
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work comfortably in a cross functional environment.
  • Able to build and maintain close, collaborative relationships with all levels of the organization to ensure alignment and integration of strategies, tactics and content.
  • Strong organizational capabilities; detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work with autonomy and use sound judgment in decision-making, including setting and managing priorities and meeting competing deadlines.
  • Deadline-driven and accustomed to juggling multiple priorities with a sense of urgency.

Education Required:

Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field, Communications or related subjects

Salary Range Spain: 62,300.00 EUR - 77,900.00 EUR
