- Serve as the primary contact for sellers via phone, email, and internal platforms.
- Plan and coordinate auction events, including KYC verification, viewing days, delivery days, and the post-sale process.
- Manage auction-related documentation and ensure accuracy in lots with reserve prices, proceeds, and payment status.
- Collaborate closely with Site Managers, Project Managers, Sales, Customer Service, and Accounting.
- Provide administrative support such as data uploads, translation (German/English), travel booking, and internal coordination.
- Assist with claim management, settlement applications, and logistical tasks on delivery days.
- Identify process improvements and proactively support clients and colleagues in solving operational issues.
- Relevant work experience as a Merchant or Sales Assistant in combination with vocational education OR
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Commerce, Retail, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written; additional European language skills are a plus.
- Knowledge in accounting and administration
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent planning and organizational abilities.
- Experience in process optimization and use of IT systems.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to plan ahead and anticipate trends.
- A customer satisfaction-oriented approach with a proactive attitude.
