About The Role

Cobee by Pluxee is scaling up and this requires a change in the way we operate, trying to make processes the most efficient and challenging our everyday tasks to always find a better way to do our job. Since our client portfolio keeps growing at a really high pace we need more hands to get the job done.

We are looking for an Automation Specialist for our Ops department to help bring new ideas and hands to accomplish all the projects we have ahead of us. The ops team is in charge of not only designing the processes that establish how the company operates but also automating current processes and projects. This role will be changing in time as the Ops teams get around most of the processes and benefits in the company.

This role is based in Madrid, with a flexible hybrid work model: 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home

Main challenges

• Handle complex and cross-functional projects, taking them from requirements to automation details.


• You will be responsible for executing a series of processes being very detailed oriented. These processes are key to the service Cobee provides.


• The Ops team is a hard-working team, we are the best-in-class and we have a lot on our plate, be ready for it!


• You need to be a critical thinker, we do not carry out a process because it was defined like that, we need to know that we are doing it in the best possible way.

You are

• You are prepared to work in an environment where excellence is a must. Every detail counts and you need to be independent and excellent. Attention to detail is an essential skill.


• Problem-solving thinking. You always look for realistic solutions for the good of the team and the company.


• You must like speaking in public or to clients, part of your job is directly with clients or providers and you need to make them feel comfortable.

You have

• A technical degree such as engineering, physics, mathematics or additional technology/data-related education.


• Knowledge of programming languages (SQL, Python, Javascript) and low-code automation platforms (UiPath, Make, etc).


• Experience with API integration and data extraction for automation or analysis purposes would be a plus.


• General knowledge of Metabase or similar data visualization tools.


• Previous work experience in consulting or another start-up that might be similar to our Ops opening.


• Advanced level of English, both written and spoken.
