Kenvue is currently recruiting for a Brand Activation Specialist - Neutrogena to cover a Maternity Leave.

What you will do

The Brand Activation specialist - Neutrogena is responsible for supporting the development and execution of trade and project specific promotional activities and programs, verifying product availability, gathering data for analysis, monitoring promotional activity expenses and resources, and compiling results of customized promotions. As a Brand Activation specialist, you will assist in conducting promotional review of the marketplace to identify learnings and recommendations: 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute brand activation strategies for Neutrogena products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of brand initiatives
  • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for brand growth
  • Create and manage budgets for brand activation campaigns
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of brand activation initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve brand activation efforts
  • Develop and execute trade and project specific promotional activities and programs that deliver against short-term and long-term objectives.
  • Ensure products are readily available for sale or use and escalate supply issues to the appropriate staff.
  • Support new product launches and gather data for analysis to determine customer segmenting.
  • Document promotional lessons learned and best practices for key customers as instructed.
  • Monitor promotional activity marketing expenses and resources to ensure adherence to budget guidelines.
  • Assist in conducting promotional review of the marketplace to identify learnings and recommendations at each product level.
Qualifications

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • Diverse educational and culture background will be highly valued but Business Administration, marketing or finance graduate with marketing master specialization is required. 
  • Digital Marketing experience will represent a plus. 
  • At least 3 years of experience in a Pharmacy Channel and/or FMCG environment in marketing, sales, sales analytics, category management, shopper marketing/insights, or related field preferred 
  • Strong analytical background, and/or category management experience preferred 
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office Suite applications, sales database, and web applications

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Passion for innovation and creativity in brand activation
  • Experience in conducting promotional review of the marketplace to identify learnings and recommendations at each product level.
