We´re always on the lookout for spectacular talent. Currently at Burson we are looking for a Brand Communication Consultant to join our team in Madrid.

More about the role:

• Manage day-to-day client accounts and relationships.


• Develop and execute PR strategies and communication plans for clients and new business opportunities.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with media, particularly within lifestyle sectors such as fashion, beauty, and music.


• Manage influencer marketing campaigns, including influencer identification, performance analysis, contract negotiations, and briefing development.


• Coordinate UGC initiatives and brand ambassador programmes.


• Plan and deliver events, launches, and brand activations.


• Collaborate with media relations teams to secure impactful coverage and strengthen brand visibility.


• Identify opportunities that drive greater visibility, engagement, and business impact for clients.

Experience that contributes to success:

• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Advertising, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.


• 1–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within an agency environment or a consumer/lifestyle/Brand PR team.


• Strong experience and genuine interest in influencer marketing, including influencer discovery tools, campaign metrics, contract negotiation, and briefing development.


• Ability to turn insights and creative ideas into strategies, stories, and content that drive awareness, engagement, and advocacy.


• Excellent spoken and written English (C1 level or above).


• Proactive, responsible, creative, and solutions-oriented, with the ability to thrive in dynamic environments.
