Job Description:

Have overall product responsibility at a national level.

What will your day-to-day look like?

• Operational and business management of the Customs department.
• Leading the team.
• Developing our brokerage business.
• Supporting our sales force (including customer visits).
• Ongoing monitoring of customs regulations and processes.
• Optimization of existing and new internal processes.
• Compliance with local regulations (Customs Representative License required).
• Communicating and acting as a liaison with key stakeholders, including local and international customers, customs authorities, and relevant people and functions within the organization.

What do we expect from you?

• Customs Representative qualification/license.
• Strong knowledge of AEO requirements and processes.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in brokerage regulations, processes, and procedures.
• Leadership and collaboration skills, strong team player, resilient.
• Ability to make decisions, multitask, and work under pressure.
• Goal-oriented, with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Quality- and efficiency-driven, proactive, dynamic, and well organized.
• Customer-focused attitude.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft systems and tools.
• English (strong written and spoken communication skills are essential).
