Your tasks

• Act as consultant for process expert departments on topics related to key figures


• Creating and managing reports and dashboards in ServiceNow


• Management and quality assurance of the existing reporting system


• Optimize the management of our operational units through understandable and clear solutions


• You are part of a motivated, international team

Your profile

• Desired University degree in Information Technology or similar


• You have experience in the field of reporting, performance analysis and statistics


• You have working experience in using or administering ServiceNow


• You are familiar with ITIL Foundation


• You understand service and support processes


• You at strong at analytical thinking and recognition of connections and dependencies between processes


• You are able to evaluate, review and test your own work


• You can prepare and conduct workshops confidently


• You can explain complex issues in a simplified way


• It motivates you when you familiarize yourself with new topics


• You are results oriented, and demonstrate a ‘can-do' attitude – adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness


• Your English is fluent


• German is an advantage
