The Position

As our Principal Business Analyst for Data, AI & Insights, you will act as a trusted advisor to leadership, actively shaping long-term roadmaps and defining innovative technology solutions. Working with full autonomy, you will lead analysis efforts across highly ambiguous and evolving spaces, helping to translate complex organizational needs into high-value digital strategies. In this role, you will look at the big picture to manage interconnected systems, ensure cross-functional alignment, and cultivate a data-driven culture that directly impacts how we deliver excellence across our global informatics structures.

Your Responsibilities

• Drive Strategic Analysis: Define and lead business analysis efforts across highly ambiguous spaces, navigating complex frameworks while managing the quality of core analytical content.

• Shape Long-Term Roadmaps: Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, evaluating strategic solution options through advanced value analysis and risk assessments to guide future-ready technology decisions.

• Solve Complex Business Problems: Lead deep-dive root cause analyses of complex business challenges, defining the problem space and delivering sustainable, innovative technical solutions.

• Manage Stakeholders & Align Teams: Partner with key stakeholders and management across cross-functional boundaries, navigating conflicts gracefully to build consensus and drive strategic alignment.

• Oversee High-Impact Initiatives: Maintain full accountability for business analysis deliverables, managing scope effectively and anticipating macro-implications across related domains.

• Foster Community & Mentorship: Actively contribute to organizational development by championing our internal practices and mentoring senior business analysis practitioners.

• Extensive Business Analysis Expertise: A proven track record of overseeing complex, large-scale initiatives with full autonomy, backed by advanced knowledge of business analysis advisory and consultancy practices.

• Systems Thinking & Problem Solving: Demonstrated mastery in domain knowledge, with the ability to apply systems thinking to provide holistic, enterprise-wide consulting advice and advanced risk assessments.

• Methodology Innovation: Strong capability to extend standard analytical approaches, tailoring and combining methodologies creatively to fit unique and evolving problem spaces.

• Exceptional Stakeholder & Change Management: Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to influence senior management, drive consensus, and navigate cross-functional dynamics smoothly.

• Leadership & Mentorship: A dedication to driving teamwork, acting as a collaborative role model across informatics and business teams, and supporting the professional growth of fellow practitioners.
