What you will do

The Business Controller will be responsible for evaluating the EBIT performance of the assigned product and customer portfolio, monitoring cost and pricing trends. This role acts as a key liaison between Cost Control and Sales to ensure that gross margins align with the company’s business objectives.

• Serial life EBIT tracking


• Reconciliate project estimated costs with serial life deployment visibility and give insights about deviations.


• Ensure that costs related to technical modifications are impacted in pricing.


• Explain gross margin variations such as Volume effects / cost deviation effects / Price impacts / Retroactivities.


• Lead the analysis of sales and profit data.


• Contribute to the development of budget and planning guidelines based on existing economic studies.


• Build full costs to help business team to build the selling prices for serial life.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor/Master's Degree in Finance, Economics, BA, Engineering or similar field.


• Previos experience with pricing and cost analysis (pricing costs, business profitability) with experience in management control, financial analysis and/or controlling.


• Experience or knowledge of the automotive sector or similar. Knowledge of engines and mechanics will be a plus.


• Previous experience with tools such as PowerBI or Access will be a plus.


• Analytical skills and proficiency with MsOffice Excel.


• High level of English is a must.
