Would you like to make a difference and advance your career in an international environment with a focus on real estate and infrastructure — while leveraging your strong sales talent, consultative selling skills, and proven ability to generate new business?

At TA Europe, you will work in a growing team in Spain, which currently consists of 8 dedicated colleagues working together on projects across Europe and Uruguay; delivering TDD, monitoring, project and cost management, technical asset management and lenders technical advice.

Your mission

  • Acquisition of new advisory mandates: taking independent responsibility for acquiring new clients and driving business growth in the Spanish market and for our international business lines
  • Market Positioning: Positioning TA Europe in the Spanish real estate market
  • Stakeholder Management: Building and maintaining relationships with investors, occupiers, developers, banks, asset managers as well as agents and consultants
  • Team Collaboration: Close cooperation with the technical team in Madrid and colleagues from our European TA Europe offices
  • International Growth: Developing business opportunities between Spain and other European countries

Your experiences

  • Professional Expertise: Extensive experience in one or more of TA Europe’s business lines 
  • Client Excellence: Proven success in client relationships, business development and mandate acquisition within a consultancy environment; expertise in driving market and revenue growth
  • Spanish Market: Deep understanding of the Spanish market as well as Spanish nationality or strong local ties 
  • Language Skills: Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages such as Portuguese, Catalan, German or French are an advantage 
  • International Network: International experience and a strong network within the real estate industry, as well as experience as a speaker at industry events
