Business Development Representative | Spain (all genders)

The Role

As a Business Development Representative, Spain (all genders), you will be one of the main drivers expanding Lucanet's presence in the Spanish market, prospecting, qualifying, and passing on leads that our Account Executives convert into new customers.

You will work as part of our Sales Team, acting as both business developer and brand ambassador to prospective customers. We look for people who keep growing, take real ownership, and lift the people around them.

What you'll do

• Identify business opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold-calling, emailing, and social selling.


• Qualify inbound leads and route qualified opportunities into the sales funnel.


• Build relationships with stakeholders up to and including C-level executives to uncover their needs.


• Pass qualified leads to Account Executives, arranging in-person or virtual meetings and calls.


• Collaborate with the Sales team to hit shared company goals and targets.


• Represent Lucanet as a trusted, credible brand ambassador in every prospect interaction.

What you bring to the table

• Completed your studies or gained experience in a fast-paced work environment, and you're ready for a career start in sales, inside sales, or sales development.


• Persuasive, confident communication skills, paired with strong listening skills to uncover prospect needs ahead of the conversation.


• A highly committed, responsive, target-driven approach to selling a SaaS solution.


• Business fluent Spanish and good English communication skills.

It's a plus if you also have:

• Tech-savviness and readiness to quickly learn a CPM platform to offer real customer value.


• Prior exposure to lead generation or sales development.
