Descripción del trabajo - Business Integration & Executive Partner

About the role:

As the Business Integration & Executive Partner, you will serve as a trusted operational and strategic partner to the VP of Product Development, supporting both the execution of cross-functional projects and the smooth integration of initiatives across the organization. You will also take on executive assistant responsibilities to ensure the VP’s time, priorities, and communications are effectively managed. This hybrid role blends project leadership, stakeholder alignment, and high-level executive support to increase the effectiveness of the Product Development function.

This position is based in Spain and reports to the VP Product Development of the Company.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Integration & Strategic Support

  • Act as a key interface between the Product Development department and other teams to support alignment and execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Coordinate the integration of new processes or systems into business-as-usual operations.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration and ensure delivery timelines and outcomes are met.
  • Identify process gaps, track risks, and propose mitigations to ensure seamless execution.
  • Monitor KPIs and deliverables tied to key product development projects or workstreams.
  • Prepare briefing notes, reports, and documentation to support decision-making.

Executive Assistance

  • Manage the VP's calendar, scheduling, and meeting preparation to ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Prepare agendas, materials, and follow-up actions for leadership and cross-functional meetings.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the VP, ensuring consistency and clarity.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Act as a sounding board and thought partner to help prioritize the VP's time and focus.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Executive presence, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage relationships at all levels.
  • Strategic thinking with hands-on problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with project management and process optimization.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or executive support roles.
  • Experience working in product-driven or tech-enabled environments is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, and project management platforms (e.g. Jira).
