Location: Barcelona, Spain *must be based within a 1 hr drive to Barcelona*
Reports to: Director of Strategic Business Ops

The Business Systems Support & Implementation Analyst is responsible for owning first-line support for business systems while actively participating in system implementations and improvement initiatives. This role ensures operational stability across SAP Business One, business process automations (BPA), dashboards, Google Workspace, and a macOS-based environment. In addition to support ownership, the role contributes to structured project execution, documentation, testing, and post-go-live stabilization.



Responsibilities:



  • Provide first-line support for SAP Business One users, including troubleshooting transactional, reporting, and KPI/dashboard issues

  • Monitor and support BPA integrations, reprocess failures, and escalate structural issues as needed

  • Manage and resolve support tickets in a timely manner

  • Support macOS hardware/software and Google Workspace applications, including account provisioning and access management

  • Administer device lifecycle (provisioning, configuration, security) and manage endpoints via MDM tools (e.g., Jamf, Kandji, Intune)

  • Ensure system updates, endpoint security compliance, and maintain IT asset inventory

  • Assist with EDI-related issues and escalate system configuration or architectural concerns

  • Support ERP upgrades, system implementations, and process improvement initiatives

  • Assist with requirements gathering, documentation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination

  • Track project tasks, support post-go-live stabilization, and coordinate between business and technical teams

  • Prepare and deploy MacBooks for new hires and conduct periodic audits of equipment and system access



The ideal candidate will have:



  • Strong experience supporting MacOS environments

  • Experience administering an MDM platform (Jamf, Kandji, or similar)

  • Experience supporting ERP systems (SAP Business One preferred)

  • Experience supporting system integrations or automation platforms (BPA preferred)

  • Basic understanding of project management principles

  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

  • Familiarity with Google Workspace administration

  • Familiarity with IT Service Management systems such as Halo and Jira



Education and Experience:



  • 4-6+ years of experience in IT support or business systems support



  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred

  • Professional fluency in English (oral and written), Spanish is a plus.



Work environment:



  • Hybrid work available but candidates must be living in close proximity to NSI’s office in Barcelona for in-office or in-person meetings. 



  • Candidates must be flexible with their schedule to support an international team, including the standard 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM shift from Mondays - Fridays. This role may require responsiveness to unexpected support issues or emergencies outside of regular hours; any time worked beyond scheduled hours will be offset to ensure total hours remain consistent.
