Business Tools & Sales Support Specialist

Your Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the assigned Sales organization (division and market) and customers during the proposal process. Each day, you will serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area. You will also showcase your expertise by preparing technical descriptions of the products and technology, determining costs, and preparing final documentation.

You’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.

This role is contributing to the Motion in Spain.
 

You will be mainly accountable for:

•    Actively participate in the global ERP implementation project: testing, documentation, training, data migration, etc.
•    Provide support in maintaining and improving business tools (CRM, Power BI, Excel, etc.).
•    Collaborate with Controlling, IT, Sales, and other departments to ensure proper process integration.
•    Manage daily operational tasks within the Sales Support department: reporting, data analysis, commercial team support.
•    Identify opportunities for process and tool improvement, proposing innovative solutions.
•    Document procedures and create user manuals.

Qualifications for the Role

• You enjoy working with SAP and have a strong knowledge of Excel, Power BI and enterprise management tools. Additionally, knowledge of AI is highly appreciated.
• Appreciated experience working as internal Sales Support and ERP or business tools implementation projects.
• You are passionate about knowing and developing business processes and how to adapt tools to them.
• You are at ease communicating in Spanish and English.
• You have an agile and proactive approach, with a demonstrated ability to take ownership and commitment to orders and business processes.
• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or related field.
