 At G+D Mobile Security, a world leader in secure telecommunications systems, we are looking for a Celonis Process Mining Expert  to join our team in Barcelona. This person will be responsible for designing and maintaining Celonis data models and dashboards, driving process mining adoption, while collaborating with business and IT to deliver measurable improvements and support digital transformation. 

Your tasks/responsibilities

• 
  

  Design, build, and maintain Celonis data models, analyses, dashboards, and action flows for key end‑to‑end business processes incl. identification of value adding use cases

  
  


• 
  

  Connect and harmonize data from SAP and other enterprise systems; ensure data quality, consistency and scalability.

  
  


• 
  

  Translate process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and deviations into clear business insights and improvement opportunities.

  
  


• 
  

  Drive adoption of Process Mining standards, frameworks, and methodologies within the CoE and across the organization.

  
  


• 
  

  Implement Celonis automation capabilities (Action Flows, Process Automation, ML models) to reduce manual workload and increase process compliance.

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with business owners, IT teams, data engineers, and senior management to prioritize initiatives and deliver measurable value.

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor solution performance, identify enhancement opportunities, and support the long-term roadmap for Process Mining and digital transformation.

  
  

Your profile

• 
  

  Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

  
  


• 
  

  3+ years of experience in Process Mining with Celonis

  
  


• 
  

  Hands-on experience with Celonis EMS (Data Model, PQL, Data Integration, Action Flows).

  
  


• 
  

  Strong understanding of SAP ERP processes (e.g., Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Supply Chain, Logistics).

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to convert complex data into meaningful insights and business recommendations.

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  
  


• 
  

  A proactive, analytical mindset with a passion for process optimization and digital transformation.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to foster a process-driven culture within the company

  
  


• 
  

  Very good English skills, German would be great
