CH Content Executive

The Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and creative Content Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for fashion and beauty, with a keen eye for design and a deep understanding of visual storytelling. You will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics for stills and motion content that align with our brand identity and resonate with our target audience.

What you'll get to do

• Support the planning, creation, and rollout of global content across social, digital, PR, and retail channels.


• Develop and adapt content — especially for TikTok — staying on top of trends and platform best practices.


• Contribute to agile production with copywriting, editing or design skills, and creative direction during shoots.


• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of brand-aligned assets.


• Participate in ideation and campaign amplification, helping shape bold and engaging storytelling.


• Track content performance, organize assets, and support the team’s operational flow.

We'd love to meet you if you have

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Advertising, Digital Media, Visual art sor Graphic Design or a related field.


• Between 2 to 5 years of experience in content creation, social media, digital marketing, or a similar role, preferably within the fashion, beauty, or lifestyle industry.


• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content formats, particularly TikTok, Instagram, and emerging digital channels.


• Excellent storytelling and copywriting skills, with the ability to adapt tone of voice to different audiences and platforms.


• Experience coordinating content production processes, including briefing, planning, reviewing, and publishing content.


• Experience working with content creators, influencers, or talent, including briefing, content review, and campaign coordination.


• Understanding of social-first content strategies and platform-specific best practices.


• Good eye for visual content and creative trends, with the ability to provide feedback and collaborate effectively with designers, creators, photographers, and agencies.


• Familiarity with content creation and editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva, Adobe Express, or similar).


• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


• Data-driven mindset, with experience interpreting social media and content performance metrics to optimize results.


• Strong communication and collaboration skills.


• Passion for fashion, beauty, culture, and digital trends.


• C1 level in English and Spanish.
