Over 2 years, you will have the opportunity to experience different areas of our business, work on real projects and develop a broad perspective of a company undergoing an exciting energy transformation.

What are we looking for?

Recent graduates with a maximum of 1–2 years of professional experience, a strong willingness to learn and the ability to adapt to new challenges and environments.

We are looking for degrees such as:

Industrial Engineering · Chemical Engineering · Energy Engineering · Industrial Organisation Engineering · Chemistry · Industrial Technologies Engineering

In addition:

• Advanced English (minimum C1). Portuguese will be positively valued.


• Willingness to geographical and functional mobility.


• International experience will be positively valued.


• Digital skills.


• A Master’s Degree required for professional practice in Engineering will be positively valued.
