Change Manager | Barcelona | Hybrid

We’re looking for an experienced Change Manager to support the international rollout of Coupa P2P for a leading global insurance group.

 Barcelona | Hybrid

 International scope: Colombia, Mexico & Argentina

 Permanent contract or Freelance

 Your mission

• Lead Change Management activities across multiple countries.


• Develop and coordinate change, communication & training plans.


• Drive business readiness, stakeholder engagement and resistance management.


• Coordinate deliverables, actions and timelines across global and local teams.


• Support Go-Live & Hypercare activities.

 We’re looking for

• Proven experience in Change Management & international transformation projects.


• Strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.


• Excellent project coordination & stakeholder management skills.


• Hands-on experience with training, communication and change adoption.


• English & Spanish fluent.

⭐ Experience with Coupa, SAP or PeopleSoft is a plus.
