Voraussetzungen

• Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Koch oder Köchin oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  
• Du verfügst über Berufserfahrung als Chef de Partie, idealerweise auf dem Saucier-Posten
  
• Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse in der Zubereitung von Saucen, Fonds und Suppen
  
• Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und qualitätsbewusst
  
• Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Belastbarkeit gehören zu deinen Stärken
  
• Du hältst die geltenden Hygiene- und HACCP-Standards zuverlässig ein
  
• Du bist flexibel und bereit, im Schichtdienst sowie an Wochenenden und Feiertagen zu arbeiten
  
• Du verfügst über Deutsch- oder Englischkenntnisse für die Kommunikation im internationalen Team
  
  
• You have completed vocational training as a chef or hold a comparable qualification
  
• You have professional experience as a Chef de Partie, ideally in the sauce section
  
• You have solid knowledge of preparing sauces, stocks, and soups
  
• You work independently, efficiently, and with a strong focus on quality

• You consistently comply with applicable hygiene and HACCP standards
  
• You are flexible and willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
