Job Description

Enfinity Global is seeking a skilled and passionate Civil/Structural Design Engineer to join our Wind Projects team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in civil and structural engineering, with a strong background in wind energy design and execution. This role involves detailed engineering, vendor coordination, and optimization of structural components for wind power plants, substations, and transmission lines. Key Responsibilities

• Design and review of civil and structural components for wind power projects.
• Prepare and validate detailed engineering drawings and documentation.
• Conduct technical evaluation of vendor proposals and assist in vendor selection.
• Manage tendering, offer evaluation, and procurement processes.
• Review and optimize WTG foundation designs in line with OEM specifications.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, permitting processes, and Indian Standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for design of roads, platforms, and foundations.
• Support design and review of Civil Balance of Plant (BOP) works.
• Provide engineering support for EHV substations and transmission lines.
• Maintain high standards of documentation and reporting.

• Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• Proven experience in wind renewable energy design and engineering.
• Proficiency in STAAD.Pro, AutoCAD, and MS Excel.
• Strong understanding of wind power plants and electrical systems.
• Familiarity with National Electric Code and Indian Standards.
• Knowledge of local building codes and permitting processes.
• Hands-on experience with OEM requirements for roads, platforms, and WTG foundations.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Passion for renewable energy and sustainability.
• Experience in EHV substations and transmission lines is a plus.
