Client Account Executive - Polish Speaker

About the Role
Are you seeking an opportunity to have an impact, innovate through problem-solving, and grow professionally? We are seeking a Client Account Executive to join our team in La Zenia.
In this role, you will be the face of the company for our international clients in the Costa Blanca region. While we are deeply embedded in the property sector, your focus extends to managing our clients' ongoing, day-to-day foreign exchange requirements and general inquiries. You will engage with clients, deliver persuasive pitches, manage registrations, and proactively identify and execute trading opportunities to hit your sales targets and KPIs.
What You’ll Do
Client Engagement: Act as the primary office point of contact for walk-ins, phone calls, and emails. Pitch services, register new clients, and handle daily inquiries.
Trade Execution: Identify proactive trading opportunities within our database for both one-off property payments and regular, day-to-day transfers.
Account Support: Resolve daily client queries, maintain CRM records, and ensure excellent ongoing service.
Administration: Manage general administrative duties to ensure the seamless running of the La Zenia office.
What You’ll Need
Experience: Proven track record in sales or customer service with a history of hitting targets.
Languages: Fluency in English and Polish is essential. You must be comfortable handling financial conversations in both languages.
Skills: Strong numerical confidence, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic.
Mindset: An organized team player who can operate with high autonomy in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Points
Fluency in Spanish or any additional languages.
A background in FinTech, FX, PropTech, banking, or the local Real Estate sector.
