Position
As
Client Implementation Associate you will manage different client inceptions and renewals, playing a key role in the implementation of global clients acting as an interface between the different workstreams and the client.

This role reports directly to the Head of Proposition and Client Implementation.
As our Client Implementation Associate, you´ll get to: - Responsible of assigned projects within the Client Implementation department.
- Create and maintain good relationship with internal and external stakeholders in a proactive manner.
- Proactively communicate the project planning and execute according to the established time frames.
- Definition and development of internal company processes and client solutions, and ensure the outputs are achieved.
- Identify key issues and risks, report accordingly to the Head of Client Implementation and propose solutions to mitigate them.
- Responsible for business analysis reports for external stakeholders.
- Maintain and manage applicable master data in Salesforce.
