Cluster Sales Manager - Pestana Hotel Group Madrid

Scope

To manage sales activities in line with the annual sales plan and to achieve/exceed budget in executing the sales strategy of the respective hotel units. 

Responsabilities and areas of action

Finds business opportunities in various sectors, such as corporate, groups, weddings and events within the region to maximize room occupation and F&B sales.
Books events and groups while practicing yield policy in order to maximize revenue
Works in parternship with the Sales and Events Teams to maximise corporate and group rates
Manage third party sites and agents to establish rates, negotiate prices, ensure proper implementation of reservations procedures, and maximise conversion ratios in order to achieve targets for the department
Contributes to the selling strategy of the hotel, and work in partnership with the other departments of the hotel
Builds strong relationships with customers, Guests and Team Members in order to gain full understanding of their needs and work to serve them effectively
Participates and assists in the organization of events in the hotel
