    Reporting to: Commercial Strategy Senior Manager 
     

    Role overview 

     

    We are looking for a Commercial Performance Lead to drive business analysis, performance tracking and cross-functional initiatives that support commercial decision-making and business growth. 

    This role is designed for a high-potential profile with strong analytical capabilities, sound business judgment, and a hands-on approach to execution. We are looking for someone who can connect data with business priorities, structure problems clearly, and turn analysis into action. 

     

    Key responsibilities 

    • Lead business and performance analysis to support decision-making across the commercial area. 

    • Identify growth opportunities, performance gaps, and commercial levers across products, campaigns, channels, and customer segments. 

    • Drive deep dives, post-mortems and ad hoc analyses, translating data into clear recommendations and actions. 

    • Support the definition, monitoring, and optimization of commercial initiatives and plans. 

    • Build and lead a scalable, centralized pricing governance framework to maximize revenue, and accelerate data-driven commercial decision-making. 

    • Coordinate with Data and other cross-functional teams to translate business needs into analytical outputs and practical solutions. 

    • Design, build and enhance tools that support commercial planning, performance tracking, and business analysis across the Commercial team. 

    • Lead or support transformation and performance improvement projects across the commercial area. 

    • Build business cases, frameworks, and executive materials for leadership discussions and decision-making. 

     

    Background and candidate profile 

    • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, Economics, Finance, or related field. 

    • 3–5 years of relevant experience in management consulting, strategy, commercial performance, business analysis, revenue management, operations, or similar roles. 

    • Previous experience in strategy consulting is highly valued, although not . 

    • Strong analytical and business / financial modelling skills, with the ability to extract insights from data and connect them to business decisions. 

    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. 

    • Strategic thinker with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive toward insights, recommendations and results. 

    • Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration and project management. 

    • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and data visualization tools is . 

    • Strong business acumen, ownership and execution mindset. 

    • Fluent Spanish and professional English. 

     

    Nice to have 

    • Experience in fast-paced commercial environments. 

    • Exposure pricing, revenue management, campaign analysis, or commercial planning. 

    • Experience working closely with Data teams and translating business questions into analytical outputs.

    • Stronger support for commercial decisions through clear, actionable analysis. 

    • Faster progress on cross-functional initiatives and performance improvement actions. 

    What do we offer

    • Permanent contract with a 6-month probation period
    • Fixed salary: €40–50k depending on the candidate’s experience
    • Variable salary: 10%
    • Vacation: 22 days + 5 additional Telpark days
    • Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8.5 effective working hours (flexible start time between 8:00 and 10:00 a.m., and 30 to 90 minutes for lunch). Fridays, 7 hours (8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.).
    • Summer intensive schedule (from the last week of June to the first week of September inclusive) and Christmas intensive schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
    • Remote work: 1 day per week + Christmas period + 2 additional weeks chosen by the employee with manager approval
