At weWow, you’ll work in an international scale-up environment with strong European brands. For this role, you’ll be the Community Advising Specialist for The Social Hub, managing group reservations, advising on experiences, and spotting opportunities to create value for both guests and the business.

What will you actually do?

  • Handle group reservation requests for B2B and B2C clients across multiple locations

  • Negotiate pricing, confirm bookings, and ensure all details are accurate

  • Advise guests on the full range of services and experiences, tailoring recommendations to their needs

  • Identify commercial opportunities through upselling and cross-selling

  • Execute Service Hub tasks according to SOPs and checklists for consistent quality

  • Manage financial processes including sending, verifying, and raising invoices

  • Share complete arrival information with local teams to ensure seamless experiences

  • Use systems like Mews, Event Temple, and Salesforce Service Cloud, leveraging AI tools to work smarter and personalize interactions

  • Participate in regular commercial and revenue meetings to review performance and pipeline

This role suits you if you…

  • Are fluent in Italian

  • Have 1–3 years of relevant experience
