Compliance Specialist

for a Compliance Specialist to join our Compliance Team in Madrid. A proactive, talented, and self-motivated professional for a broad and interesting role working on a growth project to ensure that the entity comply with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements regarding AML/CTF, Data Protection and other Compliance responsibilities,
to reinforce its Internal Audit & Compliance team in Madrid.

¿What will you do on a day-to-day basis?

·       Support AML&TF function and application of KYC procedures and due diligence measures, as well as Reporting to SEPBLAC.

·       Experience in implementing corporate defense programs.

·       Review ethical documentation and compliance and preparation of reports.

·      

Regulatory controls and monitoring activity.

·       Supervise the internal control framework regarding external and internal regulations.

·       Experience in implementation of training programs.

·       Capacity to assist the business to comply with internal/external requirements by providing them relevant recommendations.

·       Analysis of new regulation and proper implementation.

¿What knowledge and skills will you need to have to succeed in the position? 

·       University degree in Business Administration or Law.

                ·       Experience in Compliance and AML Process

·       CESCOM certification will be a plus.

·       Proactive person, excellent organizational, communication, writing and interpersonal skills.

·       Committed, high sense of responsibility and ability to work with autonomy.

·       Strong analytical and critical thinking skills and attention to detail.

·       Problem solving and ability to improve internal procedures.

·       Excellent oral and written (Spanish and English) communication.

·       Organizational ability and analytic profile.

·       Accustomed to working in a team, problem solver rigorous and proactive.

·       It is essential to know in depth the regulations of AML&FT and to have experience in the field.

·       Experience and / or training in compliance, processes, risks, or internal control.

·      
5 years of experience of performing similar tasks in servicers or financial environments.

·       Accustomed to analysis of regulations in force as well as their implementation.
