What will your challenges be?

• Follow-up of actions related to the realization of congresses and other events (definition of: objectives, necessary resources, activities, people involved, destinations, spaces and accommodations, etc.).


• Organization and development of events (with the relevant support), coordinating and monitoring the different phases and people involved in each project.


• Elaboration and control of the corresponding budgets. -


• Negotiation of conditions.
  
   

Are you the one we are waiting for?

• Education: Middle degree


• Experience: At least 3 years in a similar role. 


• Languages: C1 English


• IT: Proficiency in Office at user level as well as in management and control tools


• Others: Willingness to travel
