Buscamos un/a Consultor/a Junior con formación técnica e interés en el ámbito del dato, para incorporarse a un equipo en crecimiento. Trabajarás en estrecha colaboración con un/a consultor/a senior, apoyando en tareas clave como el tratamiento de datos en Excel, elaboración de presentaciones y documentación, mientras desarrollas progresivamente tus conocimientos en negocio y análisis de datos.

Requisitos:

• Formación: Grado universitario o Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior (CFGS), preferentemente en carreras técnicas (Ingeniería, Matemáticas, Estadística, Informática, etc.).

• Idioma: Catalán hablado y escrito a nivel nativo o equivalente (requisito indispensable).

• Experiencia: Valorable experiencia previa en entornos de consultoría o análisis de datos, pero no imprescindible.

• Herramientas: Buen manejo de Excel. Valorable conocimientos en herramientas de visualización o análisis (Power BI, Tableau, SQL…).

Soft Skills:

• Alta motivación por aprender y desarrollarse profesionalmente.

• Proactividad y capacidad de trabajo autónomo.

• Excelentes habilidades comunicativas y relacionales.

• Capacidad para adaptarse a entornos dinámicos y trabajo en equipo.
