Your role in our shared journey


 


Located at our Iberia headquarters in Barcelona, you'll contribute to our mission to support ASICS Consumers queries received at our EMEA Consumer Experience Contact Hub through the different contact channels available. This is a temporary vacancy to support the service during summer holiday.


Provide a friendly and professional service to our Ecommerce Consumers reaching out to us, providing advice, answering their concerns, or resolving their issues as required, maintaining CSX department high quality standards, and improving overall Consumer satisfaction.


 


Your key responsibilities will be:


 



  • Participate actively in the day-to-day Contact Hub tasks execution and production objectives achievement, as directed by CSX Management Team.

  • Answer Consumers queries regarding orders, products, or services, received across our different contact points (phone, website contact form, email, Social Media platforms, live chat).

  • Focus on the main tasks assigned as per the specifics of the team being part of Front Line, whilst being flexible if needed to be moved to another team (Back Line or Products Experts) as per activity requirements.

  • Use our OMS and Case Management system to view, enter and manage data related to a Consumer order and in relation with a Consumer support request.

  • Use online tools provided by our logistic partners to track shipments and inform Consumers accordingly when needed.

  • Collaborate with internal departments and external service providers (e.g., warehouses, couriers, etc..) when needed. Participate to trainings products, when possible, to develop ASICS products knowledge. Participate to regular Team meetings.

  • Contribute to and support the implementation of the Global Consumer Experience Strategy into local markets (Providing feedbacks from Consumers interactions to help define and improve operational service protocols, etc..).

  • Keep up to date with new and updated CSX operational processes, making sure CSX procedures and Company policies are always respected when dealing with Consumers queries.


 


 


You have the following experience and skills:


 



  • 1 - 2 years of working experience. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position.

  • Experience within a multicultural environment is a plus.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • High level of English and German native.
